The rooms were luxurious and new-fashioned, plus the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Everyone from the staff was amicable and fabulously friendly. Its location was great, in a high quality establishment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Manizales. Everything was clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the bathrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits, and delicious omelettes made to order. The staff were always friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to assist us in any way they could. The location in the El Cable district was perfect, as it was close to shops and restaurants, making it convenient for us to explore the neighborhood.

Location just next door to pubs movies restaurants and other night life spots and a trade center and the soccer stadium. For tea or coffee visit Anaka Casa Taller nearby. Luxurious new-fashioned rooms with a terrace as well as a computerized system. Lots of great options for meal.

Not experienced staff!

All of the staff was very amiable and attentive. We asked for the a double room with balcony and it was ready when arrived. The service was excellent, the breakfast was superb.

The hotel was modern and nice, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and well-designed rooms, delicious breakfast.

I appreciated the luxurious and reasonably spacious room and 2 queen size beds. The location was marvellous for walking around a multi-purpose stadium.

The staff is extremely friendly here, the services are excellent, and location is excellent near restaurants and the main sites of Manizales and a high quality establishment. They serve great food, have lots of options to choose from. Thank you for a superb stay.

The rooftop jacuzzi was a highlight of my stay at this hotel. The views were fantastic and the water was warm and relaxing. The gym could use more equipment, but overall I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The staff helped us with baggage. Location: the hotel was right by pubs movies restaurants and other night life spots, and the soccer stadium. And there was La Prole Burger Factory with short-orders very close to the venue, super convenient.
